Our platform provides an online invitation card maker specializing in Korean-style gatherings and celebrations. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating and customizing digital invitations for various party types and occasions
• Selecting from curated design templates and themes that honor Korean gathering traditions
• Managing event details including date, time, location, and event descriptions
• Generating unique shareable links for distributing invitations to guests
• RSVP tracking and management, allowing guests to confirm attendance with yes/no responses
• A personal dashboard for viewing and managing all your events and invitations
• Email notifications to event creators when new RSVPs are received
• Editing and updating invitations after they have been shared

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security

You are solely responsible for the content of your invitations, including text, images, and event details. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create invitations containing unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Send unsolicited invitations or use the Service for spam or phishing purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or any other systems or networks
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent
• Upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this acceptable use policy at our sole discretion.

The Service and its original content, features, design templates, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our design templates, including Korean-style invitation themes and visual assets, are licensed for use within the platform only. You retain ownership of any original content you create using the Service, including custom text and uploaded images. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal information necessary to provide the Service, including your name, email address, event details, and guest RSVP information. Guest data collected through RSVPs (such as guest names and responses) is stored securely and is accessible only to the event creator. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Failure of invitation delivery or RSVP notifications due to technical issues
• Loss of event data or invitation content

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

We strive to ensure continuous availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. We may also update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
